Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Services you will manage projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

You will manage project risks and governance processes, provide advice and reporting to senior stakeholders, and build productive relationships with government agencies, consultants, contractors and community stakeholders.
n
As the Senior Program Officer, you will deliver a range of functions related to the delivery of construction (capital works) for Teacher and Police Housing.
n
You will work collaboratively with government agencies, consultants,



contractors and community stakeholders to deliver quality housing outcomes that align with Homes NSW strategic priorities.
n
You will have a solid background in construction project management, running a procurement process and managing budgets and programs for multiple projects.
n

What you need

The role will involve regional travel at short notice, including overnight travel, as required by the business and/or directed.
