The Opportunity:
We're looking for a hands-on and technically minded team member to join our Grading Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with machinery and technology, and making a real impact on production performance. You'll play a key role in keeping our advanced fruit grading systems running efficiently, ensuring we deliver quality fruit to our customers every day. Whether you have experience in grading, packing, food processing, maintenance, production operations, or technical systems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Monitoring and operating fruit grading equipment and systems
Identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues
Performing routine maintenance and system checks
Assisting with equipment upgrades and process improvements
Monitoring grading performance and reporting efficiencies
Working with suppliers and technical support partners when required
Supporting production teams to achieve quality and throughput targets
What We're Looking For
You don't need to tick every box to apply.
We're interested in people who have:
Experience in production, packing, grading, food processing or manufacturing environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with equipment, machinery or technical systems
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience with Compac or fruit grading equipment is highly regarded but not essential.
