Job Description
We're looking for a functional Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering change across an energy/consumer workplace. This role suits a BA who's strong on BA fundamentals ("BA 101") , can confidently translate business needs into clear functional outcomes, and understands compliance and regulatory considerations within the energy industry.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with business and delivery stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
n
Producing high-quality BA artefacts (as appropriate): user stories, functional specs, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria
n
Supporting end-to-end delivery, including backlog refinement, workshops, UAT support and stakeholder comms
n
Applying an understanding of Energy
compliance/regulatory




obligations to ensure requirements and outcomes align to standards
n
Helping drive clarity across scope, priorities, dependencies and risks
n

What we're looking for
n
n
~5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (functional BA profile)
n
Energy sector experience (essential) and awareness of
compliance/regulatory
frameworks in the industry
n
Strong BA fundamentals: structured thinking, requirement decomposition, traceability, workshop facilitation
n
Confident communicator who can work across both business and technical audiences
