The Opportunity
We're looking for an
Account Manager
to take ownership of a portfolio of hospitality venues and drive
revenue growth through product adoption and expansion
.
This is
not a support-heavy role
— it's a
commercial, relationship-led position
focused on:
Growing accounts
Increasing product adoption
Delivering measurable value to customers

What You'll Be Doing
Drive
monthly revenue growth
through upsell and cross-sell
Increase adoption of NBI's
multi-product suite
(reservations, CRM, AI, insights, integrations)
Lead
value-based conversations




with venue owners and operators
Build and manage a
pipeline of expansion opportunities
Own
retention and churn reduction
across your portfolio
Partner with our Support team so you can stay focused on
growth

About You
Experience in
Account Management, Customer Success and sales
Proven ability to
grow revenue within existing customers
Confident having
commercial/value-based conversations
Strong relationship builder with a
results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with
data and performance insights
Hospitality background? That's a big plus — but not essential
