Project Architect - Multi-res & High-end resi (Revit)
Join a highly respected design studio delivering some of Australia's most impressive private residences and luxury multi-residential developments. With a team that has doubled in size over recent years, this practice is known for technical excellence, design integrity, and a cooperative culture. They are seeking a capable Project Architect who is still active on the tools in Revit, has a strong design eye and ability to deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects end-to-end fromdesign through todetailedconstruction documentation using Revit across high-end residential,multi-residential & hotel projects, through to delivery
Coordinate closely withconsultants and builders to ensure seamless delivery
Resolve technical and construction detailing challenges with practical solutions
Contribute to drawing accuracy, compliance and buildability across $10m–$100m projects
Support project teams across all phases tomaintain programme and quality
Skills & Experience:




Masters in Architecture with 8+ years experience in bespoke private and multi-residential sectors
Strong proficiency in Revit with proven design, documentation and detailing experience
Experience producing high-quality working drawings for residential or complex projects
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as lead projects and small teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and technical excellence
