The position leads the delivery of streamlined workflows and effective business systems that support operational efficiency. It has staff management responsibilities across two teams, providing direction and oversight. The role also manages competing priorities and ensures systems and processes align with business needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and relevant tertiary qualifications, with proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance. They will identify and deliver business improvements, understand operational and future impacts, and adopt a collaborative, optimistic approach, with robust stakeholder engagement and effective use of technology.
This is a temporary, 12-month maternity leave position working full time with a fortnightly RDO.
Remuneration:
base salary commencing at $100,301 gross per annual
+ 12% superannuation
+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
+ annual award increase
