Job Description
BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care – Camberwell VIC is seeking a motivated Change Practitioner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a 12-month fixed-term, full time contract. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to support the successful delivery and adoption of strategic projects and change initiatives.
