About the Role
The CIP & COP Operator is responsible for ensuring production equipment is cleaned and prepared to the required hygiene and operational standards following production.
Working as part of a small team, you will undertake both
Clean In Place (CIP)
and
Clean Out of Place (COP)
activities across a range of production equipment, including kettles, aeration pipework and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CIP systems and cleaning programs.
Prepare and configure equipment and pipework for CIP operations.
Perform COP cleaning of equipment and components as required.




Monitor cleaning processes to ensure they are completed correctly and efficiently.
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure correct dilution and application.
Follow established cleaning, hygiene, safety and operating procedures.
Conduct cleaning activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify and report equipment, process or cleaning issues.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning activities within required timeframes.
Complete relevant records and documentation as required.
Undertake occasional overtime when necessary to complete production cleaning requirements.

Previous experience in
CIP, COP, production, food manufacturing or a similar environment
will be highly regarded. Training will be provided to the successful candidate where required.
