As a Sales Consultant at Omaxe Homes, you will be responsible for driving new home sales, managing client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful contracts.
You will represent the Omaxe brand with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Generating and converting qualified sales leads
Managing customer enquiries from initial consultation through to contract stage
Conducting meetings and presenting home designs, inclusions, and pricing
Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups
Working collaboratively with internal teams including marketing and construction
Home and land Package experience
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in sales is essential
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills




Target-driven and self-motivated
Previous experience in a similar role (house & land, residential building, or sales administration preferred)
Immediate availability preferred
Available to work 5 days per week
