COWYN Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Central Coast team.

With a strong pipeline of projects across the region, this is an opportunity to take ownership of quality construction projects while working with an established, family owned builder with a strong reputation for delivery.

The role will suit an experienced Site Manager who is confident managing subcontractors, programme, safety, quality and day-to-day site operations.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Managing all site-based construction activities
n
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
n
Maintaining programme and project milestones
n
Managing WHS, quality and site compliance
n
Liaising with Project Managers,



Contract Administrators, consultants and clients
n
Maintaining a professional, well-organised and productive site environment
n
n
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, solid commercial construction experience and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
