Skills and Experience requirements:
Solid commitment to awareness and understanding of safety.
Experience in the commercial maintenance sector.
Trade qualified Maintenance Plumber with Gas Certification.
Metal Roofing.
Blocked Drains.
Working unsupervised.
Backflow and TMV endorsement.
Class C driver's license.
Construction White Card.
Team player.
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
