About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to:
Support the day-to-day operations of the centre
Lead, coach and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
Build strong and meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
Drive family engagement and support occupancy growth initiatives
Support compliance with company policies, procedures and National Regulations
Assist in achieving financial, operational and quality objectives
Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
Support the centre in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards
About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards




Current Working with Children Check
Passion for mentoring educators and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, solutions-focused leadership style
