About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our well-equipped workshop in Oxley, Brisbane.
n
This is an excellent chance for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working on a wide variety of engineering and fabrication projects. You will be part of a supportive team delivering quality solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
n
n




Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings and specifications.
n
Perform high-quality MIG, TIG and ARC welding.
n
Weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium components.
n
Use hand and power tools to cut, shape and prepare materials.
n
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
n
Carry out repairs, modifications and custom fabrication projects.
n
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment in accordance with WHS requirements.
n
Work independently and collaboratively as part of the workshop team.

This is a full‐time position, working:
n
n
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
n
Friday: Early finish
n
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Welder, Fabricator or Boilermaker.
n
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
n
Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
n
Sound knowledge of fabrication processes, materials and welding equipment.
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
n
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
n
A positive attitude and strong team focus.
n
