Our Northside pool shopis seeking an experienced and skilled Pool Technician to join our team on a full-time basis as a Senior Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional.

Duties & responsibilities:
n
n
Complete all aspects of pool servicing and maintenance
n
Troubleshooting and fault finding on pool systems
n
Water testing and chemical balancing
n
Installation of pool equipment
n
Educating customers on proper use of pool equipmen
n
Providing a high level of customer service
n
Diagnostic testing on pool systems
n
n

Experience & qualifications:
n
n
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in pool service work
n
Full Australian working rights and current residence
n
Driver's licence with a good record
n
Full manual car licence is required for this position
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
n
Professional manner and neat appearance
n
Ability to work independently
n
Ability to efficiently manage time
n
