Franchise and Office Support Coordinator
This is an entry-level coordination and administration role with training provided. You will be the first point of contact for routine franchisee and customer enquiries, helping with straightforward questions and directing more complex matters to the appropriate member of the Head Office team. You will also assist with reading guides, catalogues and weekly franchise newsletter, maintain documents and support resources, update product and website information, and provide administrative assistance to the Head of Buying and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
Monitoring franchise support inbox and responding to routine enquiries
Directing queries to the appropriate Head Office team member and following up outstanding requests
Responding to routine customer telephone and email enquiries
Providing basic assistance with common point-of-sale and system questions
Assisting with buying, marketing and conference administration
Helping coordinate reading guides, catalogues and other publications
Collecting and checking product information, prices, cover images and publisher content
Proofreading content and checking completed work for accuracy




Compiling the weekly franchise newsletter using an established template
Updating documents and resources on SharePoint site
About you
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organise work and meet deadlines
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing track of deadlines or follow-up
Helpful, patient and approachable manner
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning recent systems
Ability to follow established processes and instructions
Confidence to ask questions and elevate matters when needed
Reliable approach and good follow-through
Ability to work independently and contribute to a small team
