Trifecta have partnered with an industry leading tier 1 construction group who deliver a broad range of construction services for tier 1&2 commercial builders. Due to an increase of work in their basements division, they are looking for experienced Supervisors looking to join the team.
Your new role
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all trades and labourers work effectively and safely.
Coordinate deliveries, plant hire, and subcontractor access to maintain workflow.
Ensure work meets specs, building codes, and plans; especially for basement elements like waterproofing, shoring, and concrete.
Enforce OH&S; policies, lead toolbox talks, monitor high-risk tasks (e.g. excavation, confined spaces), and ensure PPE and signage are in place.
Track progress against schedule, flag issues early, and adjust workflows. Ensure sufficient labour and equipment daily.
Act as site liaison with PM, engineers, and client reps. Maintain site diaries, report progress, variations, and attend coordination meetings.
What you need to succeed




Previous experience working within Basements, Excavation, earthworks and piling is essential.
Previous experience in a Foreman role in the above packages.
Local experience is necessary.
Solid presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to work in a team setting
Ideally excellent tenure with a similar contractor where you have seen multiple projects from start to finish.
