Project Architect / Experienced Architectural Graduate

The Role
We are currently seeking Revit & CAD capable Project Architect & Experienced Graduate Architect to join our Melbourne studio. With a clear progression path to a senior position within the company, we encourage you to apply and anticipate you having the following skills, experience, and character traits:




5+ years post graduate work experience (Experienced Graduate Architect)
10+ years post graduate work experience (Project Architect / Senior Project Architect)
Self-motivated & reliable. Proactively collaborate with directors and other team members
Sound Experience with townhouses, apartments, and commercial projects
3D modelling skill and rendering skill
Comprehensive knowledge in relevant Australian Standards & NCC
Solid design & documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from Schematic Design to Construction ensuring compliance and standards are maintained
Strong time management skills with ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate sub consultants
Works effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Experience leading small teams, allocating tasks, mentoring staff, conducting quality reviews, and coordinating project delivery.
