Our client, a well-established warehouse operation based in Yarraville, is seeking an experienced and motivated
Warehouse Supervisor
to join their team on the afternoon shift,
Monday to Friday 2:15pm-10:15pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional looking for a long-term career opportunity, with the potential to transition from casual to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
Lead, motivate, and support warehouse personnel
Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is processed efficiently
Monitor productivity and maintain workflow across the shift
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control procedures
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Assist with forklift operations and general warehouse duties as required




Liaise with management regarding operational performance and staffing requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader position
Strong leadership and communication skills
Forklift Licence (LF) essential
Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
