Rio Tinto Weipa is seeking a Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance (Shutdowns) to lead mechanical trades during fixed plant shutdowns, delivering secure, on-schedule outcomes. Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will supervise shutdown crews, allocate resources, resolve on-the-job issues, and ensure work packs, isolations and parts are ready before the window opens.
You will work closely with planners and reliability teams to optimise performance, and support a 7-on/7-off
