About the Role
n
This position combines hands-on electrical work with mentoring and guidance of apprentices across commercial and industrial projects.
n
You will:
n
n
Deliver high-quality electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding
n
Work alongside apprentices, supporting their technical growth and confidence
n
Lead by example in safety, professionalism and workmanship
n
Help create a positive, respectful site culture
n
Communicate openly with clients and team members
n
n
You won't be expected to "manage paperwork all day" — this is about practical leadership and steady guidance on the tools.
n
Who We're Looking For

Current QLD Electrical Licence
n
Commercial and/or industrial experience
n
A calm,



patient approach to teaching

Strong safety standards

You don't need formal training qualifications — just the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping apprentices become capable, confident tradespeople.
