We are looking for an experienced
Store Manager
to lead our
CALVIN KLEIN South Wharf DFO
store.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
. You'll take ownership of store performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure our product, presentation and customer experience consistently reflect the CALVIN KLEIN brand.
If you're currently leading a busy fashion, apparel, sportswear or other high-volume retail store — particularly within a DFO or outlet setting — we want to hear from you.
THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the store, balancing commercial results with exceptional brand and customer experience.
You'll:
Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated customer experience
Drive store performance across key KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Lead a
high-volume stock environment
, ensuring stock is managed efficiently from delivery through to the shop floor
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with the CALVIN KLEIN brand
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing store team
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
Create an inclusive, energetic and performance-driven team culture
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced retail leader who is comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership of a busy store.
You'll ideally bring:
Current or recent Store Manager experience
within fashion, apparel, sportswear or another high-volume retail environment




Proven experience managing
high stock volumes, deliveries and replenishment
within a fast-paced store
Previous
DFO or outlet retail experience is highly regarded
A strong track record of achieving commercial KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Strong people leadership skills with the confidence to recruit, coach, mentor and motivate a team
Experience managing visual merchandising and maintaining strong brand standards
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
