The Prospect
This is more than a scheduling role - it's the heartbeat of our service operations. As a
Field Service Coordinator
, you'll manage the daily flow of work for our Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring customers get proactive communication, jobs are dispatched with precision, and service standards are consistently met. You'll have the opportunity to streamline operations, safeguard quality, and grow into senior operational leadership as LETO continues to expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily scheduling, dispatch, and workload allocation for Field Service Engineers
Classify and triage service requests to align response with customer
Proactively communicate with customers on job readiness, ETAs, and service outcomes
Ensure all jobs are closed with accurate notes, photos, compliance documents,



and invoices within agreed timeframes
Process spare parts, consumables, warranty claims, and service contracts with full tracking
Maintain CRM/ERP records, applying operational tags and banners to safeguard quality standards
Issue daily reports to the Field Service Manager and stakeholders on service activity, risks, FSE performance, and revenue conversion
Support engineers live in the field, securing first-time fix success and resolving emergent issues
Monitor and Report KPIs such as start-time compliance, utilization, quote conversion, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Uphold a High Standard of documentation, compliance, billing accuracy, and follow-up actions
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations support (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations support is required
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and customer-facing)
Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems
Advanced user proficiency with ERP/CRM systems is required
High attention to detail with strong process and documentation discipline
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines
Understanding of technical or field service environments (advantageous)
