Job Description
n
n
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering complex data centre projects.
n
Oversee mechanical and HVAC design development, technical reviews and quality assurance.
n
Drive project delivery, programme performance, risk management and commercial outcomes.
n
Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, fire protection and public health disciplines.
n
Monitor project financial performance, invoicing and change management processes.
n
Act as a senior client interface across key stakeholder and technical meetings.
n
Support regional business development,



proposals and client relationship management.
n
Promote continuous improvement, innovation and engineering excellence across project teams.
n
n
The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Associate Director - Mechanical should have:
n
n
Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer.
n
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) is essential.
n
Proven data centre design and delivery experience is essential.
n
Extensive experience leading mechanical engineering teams on complex projects.
n
Strong expertise in HVAC systems and multidisciplinary building services design.
n
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, schedules and project risk.
n
Solid client-facing skills with experience developing business and stakeholder relationships
n
