Job Description
This role reports to the Residential Aged Care Nurse Unit Manager (RACNUM) and plays a key part in ensuring protected, person-centred care and strong clinical leadership.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership, support, and direction to ensure optimal standards of patient, resident, and client care.
n
Plan, coordinate, and deliver clinical care on a shift-by-shift basis across Acute and Residential Aged Care settings.
n
Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and maintained in accordance with organisational policy.
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n

What you need
n
n
Post graduate qualification where a specialty area requires this to fulfil the full duties of the position.
n
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
n
Advanced assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills.
