Chandler Macleod is seeking an Onsite Workforce Coordinator to support a large workforce in a fast-paced environment at Cavan, SA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on attendance, rosters, performance and employee engagement.
You will be the first point of contact on site, building relationships with employees and operational leaders while coaching and driving workforce planning. This full time position runs Monday–Friday with onsite parking provided.
