About the Role
We are currently seeking a
Full-Time Concrete Loader Driver
to join our team in the Mackay region.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to operate a front-end loader and assist with the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.
For the right person, there is also an
opportunity to learn concrete batching
and develop additional skills within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a front-end loader.
Load and handle raw materials.
General yard and plant housekeeping.
Assist with plant maintenance.
Assist with concrete production and batching.
Assist with booking and allocating concrete deliveries.Coordinate truck movements and deliveries.




Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has front-end loader experience preferred.
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Has a positive
"can-do" attitude
.
Is willing to learn and develop new skills.Has good communication and customer service skills.
Can multitask and make effective decisions under pressure.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Is willing to work flexible hours and reasonable overtime.
Has a strong commitment to safety.
Previous concrete, batching or plant experience is an advantage, but
not essential for the right applicant
