As Urban Design Team Leader, you will:
Leadand develop a skilled Urban Design team, fostering creativity,collaboration and professional growth.
Championdesign excellence through the integration of Caring for Countryprinciples, biodiversity, urban greening,



water-sensitive design andclimate adaptation.
Influencethe future of Banyule's streets, activity centres, civic spaces and publicrealm through strategic leadership and innovative project delivery.

What we offer:
A permanent,full-time position with a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
Salaryfrom $113,****** to$126,******per annum plus super (dependent on experience)
26 weeks of paid parental leave - primary carer/4 weeksof paid parental leave - partner
