Catering Attendants Our agency is seeking reliable and motivated Catering Attendants to join a large aviation catering facility located at Brisbane Airport.
n
Location: Brisbane Airport
n Pay: $33 per hour + penalties + superannuation
n Shifts: AM and PM shifts available (up to 5 shifts per week availability essential)
n
These roles support a major airport catering operation supplying meals and equipment to commercial airlines.
n
Key Responsibilities Depending on operational requirements, duties may include work across the following areas:
n
Production:
n
n
Assisting chefs with food preparation
n
Preparing salads, sandwiches, and desserts
n
Plating airline meals to strict safety and quality standards
n
n
Make‐Up & Wash‐Up (AM & PM shifts):
n
n
Industrial cleaning of catering carts, trays, and ovens
n
Assembling and packing catering carts ready for upcoming flights
n
Manual handling and general cleaning duties
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Must be available for up to 5 shifts per week (not suitable as a second job)
n




Valid driver's licence and reliable access to own vehicle (non-negotiable)
n
Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks
n
Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts
n
Solid reliability and teamwork skills
n
Ability to pass:n

Drug & Alcohol testing
n
National Police Check
n
n
