Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator at Deliver. The operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with customer service, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient operations. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key aspects of this role.

Project Logistics,



being able to coordinate multimodal solutions for various clients' needs
Managing Wharf Cartage & Distribution of freight within Australia
Freight tracking of LTL & FTL services to ensure we meet agreed transit schedules
Exceptional phone manner
Ability to problem solve freight issues while also maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Have experience with the fundamentals of freight handling through to understanding the operation with WMS & TMS systems
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Operations Management
3 years' experience in Freight & Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
