The purpose of this role is to work within the Registrar of Community Housing's Recent Business and Reform team.
Key responsibilities
You'll lead in establishing policies and processes that support the Registrar's functions under the Bill, including the establishment and ongoing management of the NSW Affordable Housing Register of Dwellings, the Affordable Housing Managers regulatory system, information sharing arrangements with key stakeholders and communications with key stakeholders.
The role is policy and project-based and will assist in the implementation of a suite of reforms.
The role will be responsible for coordinating multiple policies and projects as a result of the recently passed Community Housing Providers (Adoption of the National Law) Bill **** (Bill).
As part of the (New Business and Reform team), you will be responsible for the implementation of the Bill.
