Join a leading education provider and provide expert workplace relations support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, conduct matters, and organisational change.
About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver practical workplace relations advice and manage complex employee matters from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice on performance, conduct, grievance, and disciplinary matters
Manage complex workplace relations cases
Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports
Interpret employment legislation and industrial instruments
Support organisational change and consultation processes
Coach leaders on employee relations matters
Prepare high-quality correspondence, case summaries, and briefing documents
Liaise with legal representatives and external bodies where required
About You
Extensive Workplace Relations, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations,



or HR experience
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks
Demonstrated experience managing complex employee matters and investigations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business, or a related field
