Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare,mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
n
Measureand prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes andspecifications.
n
Monitordough quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency andproduct quality.
n
Operatecommercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
n
Ensureall products meet Bakers Delight quality standards and
productionspecifications.
n
Maintainfood safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at alltimes.
n
Monitorstock levels and assist in minimising product waste.
n
Workcollaboratively
with the bakery team to meet daily production targets andrequirements.
n
Assistwith cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.
n

Requirements

Skills & Experience
n
Applicants should demonstrate:
n
n
Minimumone (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.
n
Relevantbaking qualification, such as Certificate III in Baking or equivalent, ishighly regarded.
n
Previousexperience working in a commercial bakery environment.
n
Strongknowledge of bread production techniques and bakery processes.
n
Abilityto work early morning shifts and meet production schedules.
n
Strongattention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-qualityproducts.
n
Abilityto work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
n
