The Role
As a
Field Service Technician
, you will take ownership of a fleet of ME Group machines in your territory.
Your goal is simple:
keep your machines running, available, clean and performing at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, servicing and repairing machines
Diagnosing faults and replacing defective parts
Reducing breakdowns, downtime and machines in alert status
Replenishing consumables and cleaning equipment
Performing preventive maintenance and quality checks




Following scheduled machine visits and responding to technical issues
Installing, removing or relocating machines when required
Managing spare parts, stock and your local storage area
Maintaining signage and information on machines
Communicating technical and commercial information to your Team Leader
Supporting maintenance contract renewals
Handling cash collections/deposits in accordance with company procedures
Taking care of your company vehicle, tools, phone and other equipment
Who We're Looking For

In possession of a
valid driver's licence
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
, as the role may involve carrying loads and assisting with the movement, installation and relocation of machines
Technical, electrical, mechanical or field-service experience is an advantage, but
attitude and work ethic matter most.
