Resourcer
to join our Civil team, supporting a busy blue-collar recruitment desk and helping us find great people for a range of roles across the civil sector.

About the Job:
This is a hands-on role where priorities can change quickly, so you'll need to be confident, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple things at once.
Working closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
Sourcing and engaging candidates across a range of civil roles
Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for talent
Screening and interviewing candidates
Completing reference checks and pre-employment requirements
Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines
Coordinating candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
Maintaining accurate candidate and job information in our systems




There will also be plenty of opportunity to learn more about the wider recruitment process and continue developing your career within the business, with pathways into Associate Consultant and Consultant roles over time.
About you:
Is confident and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people
Enjoys working in a busy, fast-moving environment
Can adapt quickly when priorities change
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Has a proactive approach and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
Builds relationships easily and genuinely enjoys working with people
Is motivated to learn, develop and build a career in recruitment
Previous recruitment experience would be great, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, confidence and drive to succeed.
