Bayley House proudly holds the rights to distribute and promote the program across Australia and New Zealand, working with organisations to make everyday environments more accessible, welcoming and inclusive.
In this role, you will be part of a purpose-driven team helping businesses bring the Sunflower program to life. Your work will directly support new and existing members as they join, launch and embed the program within their organisations.
From responding to enquiries and supporting member onboarding through to maintaining CRM records, coordinating launches, processing orders and preparing sales reports, you will help ensure every member receives responsive,

Key Responsibilities
Respond professionally to standard sales support and account enquiries from current and prospective members.
Triage enquiries and elevate complex, technical or contractual matters appropriately.
Support new member onboarding, including supplier documentation and procurement information.
Coordinate calendars and onboarding sessions for different subscription levels.
Assist with member launches and coordinate required launch collateral.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership and sales information within the CRM.
Provide administrative support for online orders and track payments.
Maintain accurate customer records across CRM and e-commerce systems.
Prepare basic sales reports and proposals using established templates.
Assist with the coordination of events and online cohorts.
Work collaboratively with the Member Engagement and Business Development teams to provide efficient and responsive member support.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
About You
You'll enjoy this role if you're someone who loves keeping things organised, takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys helping customers and colleagues.
You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, following established processes and communicating with a range of people. You'll also know when you can resolve an enquiry yourself and when something needs to be escalated.
You Will Ideally Have
Experience in sales support, customer service, account administration or a similar administrative support role.

Strong administration skills, including data entry, record keeping, document preparation and following up outstanding actions.
Experience using a CRM or database to maintain accurate customer information and records.

Disability awareness and understanding would also be highly regarded.
Prior to Commencing, All Employees Will Require:

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia for the duration of their employment with Bayley House. Applicants are required to provide evidence of their working rights as part of the recruitment process.
