Blackwoods Signage, a trusted provider of industrial, safety, and custom signage solutions across Australia, is looking for a team-first Signmaker to join our Truganina production team.
As part of a close-knit and supportive crew, you'll be hands-on in the production process, operating equipment, manufacturing signage, and assisting with warehouse and dispatch tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of signage production and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
We're looking for someone who values teamwork, communicates openly, contributes ideas for continuous improvement, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed.
Responsibilities
Assembling and manufacturing signage to specifications and quality standards
Adhere to production schedules and quality standards
Support pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders
Assisting with colour matching, colour profiling, and print quality checks where required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Our Ideal Candidate will have
Experience in signmaking, signage production, fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, printing, or a related environment
Strong hands-on assembly skills and a focus on producing quality work
Experience applying reflective, overlaminate, printable films, or similar materials
The ability to read and follow production drawings, artwork,



or work instructions
