About the Opportunities
We have multiple full-time positions available for qualified and motivated individuals to work within our
fabrication team
. These roles involve high-quality welding and fabrication of components and assemblies used in our agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job cards
Fabricate and weld components to a high standard of accuracy and finish
Use workshop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work setting
What You'll Bring
Essential:




Proven experience in welding or metal fabrication (minimum 1 year)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable:
Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication)
Experience working in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment
Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical drive systems
Basic understanding of electrical components
Forklift licence
What We Offer
Salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum
, based on experience and skill level
