Job Description
We're partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit an Admin Adviser to join their Shared Services team during a busy peak period. This is an ASAP start through to the end of December, and a fantastic prospect to gain experience within a high-volume corporate workplace while supporting one of Australia's most recognised brands.

About the Role
n
You'll join a specialist team within the Shared Services function, providing administrative and case management support across a range of employee and third-party requests.
n
This is a high-volume, process-driven administration role, with a strong focus on case management and providing accurate, timely responses to requests. A large part of the role involves generating straightforward documentation through internal systems, such as employment letters and proof of salary requests for team members, banks and other third parties.
n
There will be some outbound phone contact when required, however this is very minimal,the role is predominantly focused on managing cases and completing administrative requests.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and respond to a high volume of cases
n
Provide appropriate responses to standard queries, reporting and data requests
n
Generate letters of employment and Confirmation of Employment documentation through internal systems
n
Process proof of salary and pay report requests from team members, banks and other third parties
n
Complete training bookings and learning administration requests
n
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
n
Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring requests are completed accurately and within required timeframes
n
Complete occasional outbound calls where required to clarify or resolve requests
n
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-volume Shared Services environment
n

About You
n
n
Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
n
Previous experience delivering high-volume administrative services highly desirable
n
Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Strong problem-solving ability and a solutions-focused approach
n
Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards targets and deadlines
n
A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise competing requests
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
n
Confident working independently once trained
n

Role Details

ASAP Start – contract through to the end of December

Monday – Friday (38 hours)
n
Training: 4–6 weeks full-time onboarding (in office)

Location: Eight Mile Plains
