Join a global leader in mining technology and automation, delivering innovative Autonomous Haulage Solutions (AHS) that improve safety, productivity and operational performance across some of the world's largest mining operations.**The Opportunity**As the **AHS Solutions Manager**, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes across the Autonomous Haulage Solutions portfolio.

You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver value-driven automation solutions.

This position requires a strong blend of leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and customer engagement.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and develop a regional sales & a global support team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth targets.* Identify market trends,



opportunities and competitive threats within the mining and heavy industry sectors.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and industry partners.* Drive operational improvements and support the successful resolution of customer issues.* Monitor sales performance, forecasts and business metrics to support informed decision-making.* Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract discussions.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and outcomes.* Establish training and development programs that strengthen team capability and performance.**What We're Looking For*** Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

Significant experience and a proven track record in a comparable leadership role within mining, automation or heavy industry will also be considered.* Proven leadership experience within mining, mobile plant, automation, technology or other heavy industrial sectors.* Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering sustainable growth, profitability and customer outcomes.* Strong understanding of autonomous mining technologies, fleet management systems,
