Job Description
Kids First Australia is hiring a Youth Work Case Manager to deliver flexible, client-centred support for young people in community settings in Perth, WA. You will work across the Mobile Youth Service and Drop-in spaces, building trusted relationships with youths, families and partners to coordinate care and drive positive outcomes.
