You'll play an important role in keeping our site safe, productive and running smoothly, delivering rigging and scaffolding services across maintenance and operational activities.

Your Role in Action
n
n
Deliver Rigging & Scaffolding Services – Carry out rigging and scaffolding activities across maintenance and operational work.
n
Keep It Compliant – Manage scaffold registers and maintain accurate records of inspections, equipment and training.
n
Manage Equipment – Identify, tag and coordinate the repair or replacement of out-of-service rigging and scaffolding equipment.
n
Put Safety First – Inspect,



maintain and test rigging equipment and ensure any faults are reported and addressed.
n
Keep the Team Moving – Support tradespeople and production teams with plant maintenance and other site activities.
n
Share Your Knowledge – Provide guidance and support to team members and help maintain high standards across the site.
n

Your Winning Combination
n
We're looking for an experienced and safety-focused Rigger / Scaffolder who takes pride in doing a great job.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Current High Risk Work Licences – Scaffolding (SI), Rigging (RI) and Dogging (DG).
n
Demonstrated experience in an industrial, maintenance or similar setting.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
A proactive approach to safety.
n
The ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks.
n
A strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done safely.
n
n
Additional licences such as Forklift, Mobile Crane, Skid Steer, Gantry Crane or HR Licence will be highly regarded.
