Right at Home is seeking a caring, reliable and experienced Personal Care Worker (PCW) to support two clients living in the same household in Boonah.
n
This is an opportunity for a local PCW looking for regular, meaningful work close to home.
n
About the opportunity
n
You will provide person-centred care and support to two clients within the same household, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
n
There is the potential for up to 24 hours of support per week in total, shared across the two clients to begin with, depending on your availability.
n
Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Personal care and assistance with daily living
n
Domestic assistance and household tasks
n
Meal preparation
n
Social support and companionship
n
Community access and appointments
n
Supporting independence and choice
n
Following individual care plans
n
Providing respectful, qualified and reliable care to both clients

About you
n
We are looking for a PCW who:
n
n
Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
n
Has experience providing personal care and support
n
Lives in or around Boonah
n
Is reliable, compassionate and person-centred
n
Is comfortable supporting two clients within the same household
n
Can work independently and follow care plans
n
Has availability for regular ongoing shifts
n
Holds the required First Aid/CPR and employment screening checks
n
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
