Join this rapidly growing digital product team who are helping Australians redefine their financial future by building premium and creative customer experiences across web and app platforms.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Designers, you will lead complex product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, translating customer insights into intuitive, high-fidelity design and solving meaningful customer problems. You'll drive design direction, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI, while balancing customer needs, business objectives and scalable experiences across platforms.

You are a confident senior who is intuitive, can work autonomously,



influence stakeholders and contribute strategically. You will champion best-practice experience design, collaborate on design system evolution and help elevate overall design quality across the product.

With 5 + years product design experience, you will bring a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX/UI excellence and successful delivery within cross-functional teams. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams is essential. Figma expertise required. Analytics experience will be highly regarded. We are open to seasoned agency UI/UX designers who are looking to move in-house.
