We are seeking experienced IT Service Delivery Analysts to support a complex enterprise ICT workplace. This role involves shift work and requires a
current TSPV security clearance.
Adelaide, SA | Onsite | 12+12+12 Month Contract
Essential Skills
SFIA Level 4 experience in Customer Service Support and Incident Management
SFIA Level 3 experience in Service Level Management
Strong background supporting Windows and/or Linux environments
Experience with ITSM platforms, incident, problem and change management
Knowledge of virtualisation, databases and storage infrastructure
Ability to troubleshoot, esc...
Requirements: Current TSPV clearance (mandatory) and ability to work onsite in Adelaide.
