Tuiss Blinds Online is looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Sampling Operativeto join our team.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‐paced setting. You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high‐quality fabric samples that help them choose the perfect blinds for their home.
About the role
Picking daily fabric sample orders accurately and efficiently
Keeping fabric samples organised, separated and in excellent condition
Monitoring sample quality and reporting any issues
Managing stock control and conducting regular inventory checks
Ordering stock and ensuring adequate supplies are maintained
Labelling, sealing and packing sample orders
Preparing and packing new stock
Folding sample envelopes and preparing orders for dispatch
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Liaising with Australia Post and arranging the dispatch of goods
About you
We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and genuinely enjoys getting things done.
You will ideally have:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A motivated,



positive and "can-do" attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong initiative and practical problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
A friendly, bubbly and professional demeanour
The ability to consistently follow workplace policies and procedures
Previous experience in warehousing, pick‐packing, administration, customer service or a similar environment will be highly regarded, buta great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
