We are currently seeking experienced Functional Automation Testers to join a major Australian Government digital transformation program.

The successful candidate will join an established testing practice supporting digital transformation initiatives.
n
The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Pages, Power Apps and Dataverse, along with associated business processes.
n
You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, helping ensure business solutions are reliable, user-friendly and fit for purpose.
n

Design, develop, execute and maintain automated regression test suites
n
Perform both UI and API/integration testing
n
Conduct functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing
n
Analyse requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios
n
Validate end-to-end business processes
n
Identify, document and manage defects
n
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
n
Work with Azure DevOps and modern
testing/development
tools
n
Quickly understand new business processes, applications and technologies
n
Manage testing activities across multiple projects and competing priorities
n
Work independently with minimal supervision
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
n

Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
n
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to adapt quickly between projects, technologies, testing phases and business domains
n
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
ISTQB Automation Certification or similar
n
In-depth experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power BI
n
Experience with server-side/plugin logic and environment configuration
n
Experience validating API Management policies
n
Experience with Jira or similar test and defect management tools
n
n
Canberra-based candidates are preferred.
n
