We are seeking
Supervisor
for various project across Victoria and NSW
Key responsibilities
Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and productive project delivery
Management of site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities
Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting
Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications and project requirements
Champion compliance with ACE's HSE requirements to promote a strong safety culture
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:




Excellent interpersonal and management skills
Working within a structured project team
Supervisor/Leading hand experience
An absolute focus on secure working methods
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Holds a White card
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure and building with current technologies with focus on
Utility works – water, sewer, stormwater, electrical underground installations and trench works
Earthworks & earthmoving equipment (preference to have few tickets)
Pavement construction
