As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate panel building machinery, monitor machine performance, and ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
Key responsibilities
Set up and operate panel building machinery
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as required
Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards
Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve output targets
About you
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail




Ability to follow processes and technical instructions
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Good problem-solving skills
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable: Experience operating panel building or woodworking machinery
