BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park are seeking to fill our Park Managersposition in Coburg, Melbourne Victoria to lead our team.

BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park is a busy tourist only park located in Melbourne Victoria 9km from the City.
n
We are seeking a live-on-site management couple to fill this position.
n
Accommodation is available or alternatively applicants can have own caravan for accommodation. Only suitable for 2 people. Sorry not suitable for pets.
n
Previous caravan park or hospitality management experience essential.
n
About the Role
n
Responsible for the day to day running and operation of the park
n
HR - Lead, manage and motivate front office,
grounds/maintenance
and housekeeping teams to maximise results
n
Financial management - work with ownership team to control operating costs and budgets
n
Manage and maintain the accommodation and facilities to the highest possible standards
n
Represent and promote our company
n
Attending to after-hours call outs
n
What You'll Bring to our Team
n
You will need to be a robust leadership couple who will actively contribute and lead the team to manage our business to strengthen it's performance and staff culture.
n
Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar
n
Confident in running an inner city tourist only park
n
Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park
n
Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills
n
Strong administration, written and verbal skills
n
Experience with RMS reservation system or similar essential
n




Ability to work autonomously and think independently
n
Ability to think in terms of commercial and financial outcomes, and value enhancement
n
Trade skills would be advantageous
n
Both roles are hands on positions with rostered 76 hour fortnights plus on-call duties
n
