The Belmont Hotel Bendigo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bar/ Bistro manager to join our amazing team.
Full time work with a rotating roster of days/ nights and weekends.
Minimum 5 years Hospitality management experience essential.
Job role will involve leading a fantastic team on a daily bases, giving staff direction, serving alcohol, stock control, open shifts and closing shifts.
We are looking for individuals who are:
Well presented, positive, fun and friendly
Experienced and level headed under pressure
Organised, team leader and delegate
Keen eye for presentation and service of food
Cleanliness of the venue
Be available on weekends and late hours
Ideally the successful candidate will possess solid supervisory skills, be motivated, self-driven and willing to learn.
